Canada Shipment:

Surcharges could apply to orders being shipped to Canada.  Customers must agree to these additional charges when processing your order in the cart. Thank You!

ORCC GEAR shipments across Canadian borders, including Duties, Brokerage Fees, Taxes, Product Tariffs and Additional Transportation charges will not be paid by ORCC GEAR, LLC. All fees will be paid by the Company or Consumer/Receiver of product/shipment.

 

Calculate U.S. Shipping and Handling Rates:

Rates are determined by box size, weight of product and destination.  Handling fees may apply.

Shipping cost and handling fees will be added to orders.  Only specified manufacturers products are FOB destinations.  "Free Shipping."

 

Shipping Exclusions:

* Offers valid on products indicated on ORCC Gear.com

* Offer not valid on return shipments, special orders, prior purchases and or ORCC Gear Gift Certificates.

* Offer is limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses only.

* Offer is limited to stock on hand and backorder-able products, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.

* Over-sized shipping charges for heavy or large product will be applied.

Method of Shipments:

We have two methods of shipping.  Please select USPS (United States Postage Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) as your perference when you checkout. ORCC Gear has chosen UPS - United Parcel Service as our Prefer Shipper.  As partners with UPS, we can provide our customers with the best, most convenient and economical way of shipping our products to you.

Comments:

* UPS have several options to choice from to meet your shipping needs.

* UPS can provide Next Day, 2-Days, Home Delivery, just to name a few options.  These options are on all products weighing at 150 pounds or less.

* UPS will be able to take care of your freight shipments, as well.  All products weighing at 150 pounds or more, will need to have a special delivery or pick-up designated.  Again, any questions or concerns setting-up this type of delivery, please call us.

UPS 3 Day Select	Delivery by the end of the day	3 Business Days
UPS Ground	Delivery based on distance to destination	1 to 5 Business Days

* Large bulky or heavy products will be shipped by UPS  truck line (Extended delivery time required).

* Estimate arrival dates are not guaranteed.  Weather delays and other unforseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

* Some product require a signature for delivery.

Oversize & Hazardous Products:

Oversized and hazardous products cannot be shipped to international or APO/FPO addresses.

* Oversized Products:

Rooftop Tents and other oversize or heavy products costs extra.  Be sure to contact us at 888-464-5414 for special shipping information that appears on the product page.  Oversize charges will be added to your order.

* Hazardous Products:

Because flammable products must be sent via surface shipping.  These products may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.  Special Freight terms may be added to your order.

 

This map reflects shipping boundaries.  The Blue & Red area addresses only. We ship within the lower 48 states, Canada and Alaska. Our shipping boundaries does not include Hawaii, Mexico (Green) or any International addresses.
