Please keep in mind, when placing an order after 5:00pm CST on Friday through 8:00am CST on Monday, these orders will be placed on Monday morning after 8:00am CST.  This would be the same for setting up your orders for a shipping schedule.  Orders requesting next day shipping, must be placed, Monday through Thursday by 2:00pm CST.  Placing orders on Holidays, will be processed the next business day.

* We are unable to reserve products until your check or money order arrives.

* There is no guarantee that the products you selected will still be available by the time your order arrives.

* We will notify you by email or phone, when your monies are available, for placing your order. At that time, we will advise you, the status of the products you placed on your order and shipping availability.

* Return Checks will be charge an additional $30.00 Fee.

 

Rebates:

Occasionally, manufacturers offer mail-in rebates on their products.  It is up to you to send these into the manufacturer, to get your rebates.

 

Back Orders:

A backordered product will ship as soon as it becomes available.  Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimates time frame and is subject to change.

Comments:

If you place an order and a product is placed on back order, we will notify you by email or phone. At that time, we will advise you of the time period that particular product will be ready for shipping.

 

Changes or Cancellations:

Please notify us within 24 hours, if you are needing to change your order.  Whether you need to add product, cancel a product or to cancel the order altogether.  Within 24 hour, we maybe able to make the changes you wish.

 

This map reflects shipping boundaries.  The Blue & Red area addresses only. We ship within the lower 48 states, Canada and Alaska. Our shipping boundaries does not include Hawaii, Mexico (Green) or any International addresses.
